He also noticed that the filter had been installed incorrectly, so I hired him to correct that as well. At our home, they installed a large Mitsubishi with a ducted unit and two ceiling cassettes. They also ran new ductwork, made sure everything was functioning properly, and adjusted an existing system by relocating  units and completing some custom work. The system they recommended is working great, and we have been very happy with the results.

At our rental home, they installed an American Standard ducted system with a gas furnace and heat pump for air conditioning. That system has also worked very well.

Most recently, they installed a Heat & Glo fireplace insert, including the gas line, chimney work, and chimney cap. The finished project turned out great, and we love the new fireplace.

Alex and his team are knowledgeable, reliable, flexible, and easy to work with. They have handled several complex projects for us, and the results have consistently been excellent. I highly recommend Ready Energy Solutions.

How long does it take to install a new system?

We don’t book more than two weeks out. If your estimate is approved, installation usually happens within two weeks.

What’s the price?

It depends on your home and the system. We give you a real number after a free, no-obligation estimate, and we publish rebate amounts up front so you know what might apply before we even visit.

Do you offer utility rebates?

Yes. Qualifying systems may be eligible for the Clean Heat rebate (up to $4,000 for oil furnace replacement), a $400 utility mid-term rebate, or up to $4,000 for a gas to electric heat pump conversion. Your technician will tell you what applies to your home.

Which areas do you serve?

Seattle and Bellevue first, then south through Kent to Federal Way, and north to Shoreline and Bothell.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, through Synchrony. Choose 0% APR for 18 months, or a longer term option with a lower monthly payment.

Do you do maintenance or duct cleaning?

We focus on installs and repairs for heating, cooling, water heaters, and air quality systems. We don’t currently offer maintenance plans or duct cleaning.
