Our water heater was leaking and I expected that it needed to be replaced. I searched the internet for reputable water heater repair service companies. Many results came up and I started calling a couple of the big name providers for quotes. I was a bit sticker shocked as I did not expect that costs would be over $2k so I continued my search for other companies without the big advertised name. I narrowed results to companies who are out of Auburn which is closer to my area in Lakeland Hills. Came across Ready Energy Solutions since it had 5 star reviews. I read many of the reviews and decided to call. Alex politely answered and we discussed the issue and he gave me an estimated quote over the phone. To my surprise it was better than the quotes I received from the others. In agreement, Alex scheduled me for the next day. His service tech came on time and immediately started the work. Alex kept me updated by text and also showed up to work with his tech and complete the job. He provided me with information on the new water heater and answered all my questions. He even registered the new water heater for warranty with the manufacturer on my behalf. Alex and his team were very respectful, responsive, and professional. They definitely deserve 5 stars for their work and more than fair cost of services. I want to add that my furnace fan came on to include my bathtoom fan and would not shut off unless I turned off the electrical breaker that powers the bathroom fan and lights. For a couple days I tried to figure it out without success. Since it coincidentally happened during the water heater replacement, and knowing that Ready Energy Solutions was primarily advertised as a heating and cooling company, I of course, contacted Alex. He wanted to come by first thing in the morning but worked with me to schedule at my convenience. When he arrived, he not only found the issue immediately but fixed it in minutes. I am so impressed with Alex and his company and plan to only use them moving forward for all my water heater, and HVAC needs. I will be sure to recommend Ready Energy Solutions. We have completed four different projects with Ready Energy Solutions, and Alex and his team have been great to work with every time. At our home, they installed a large Mitsubishi with a ducted unit and two ceiling cassettes. They also ran new ductwork, made sure everything was functioning properly, and adjusted an existing system by relocating units and completing some custom work. The system they recommended is working great, and we have been very happy with the results. At our rental home, they installed an American Standard ducted system with a gas furnace and heat pump for air conditioning. That system has also worked very well. Most recently, they installed a Heat & Glo fireplace insert, including the gas line, chimney work, and chimney cap. The finished project turned out great, and we love the new fireplace. Alex and his team are knowledgeable, reliable, flexible, and easy to work with. They have handled several complex projects for us, and the results have consistently been excellent. A few years ago, my home was unfortunately renovated by an unqualified contractor who cut off the original HVAC ductwork. This year, I hired Ready Energy Solutions to replace the entire HVAC system, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Early this year or late last year in the mid winter my heater had broke. It was very cold. My electrician recommend ready Energy solutions and the next day a new heater was installed and up and running. They were the consummate professionals in the installation in the removal of the old one. The cost was lower than I expected.

Want to share my fantastic experience with Ready Energy Solutions: My 4 years old system quit working at the heat wave, and I called to a company who installed the system for me back in the time, they sent their technician to diagnose what’s goes wrong, the technician came around 9am and was here until 5pm, after that he said the system is not repairable and has to be changed. The next day their company sent me the 18000$ quote for a whole new system. Its was too expensive for me so i decided to call few more companies to get bids from them and find cheaper option. The next company I called was Ready Energy Solutions , Alex was on the phone with me he asked me why do we decided to change 4 years old system to a new one, I told him everything the other company told me and Alex said it’s sounds like they just want to sell you a new system and he can send their technicians to diagnose maybe the system is still fixable, I agreed on it and their technicians Roman and Igor came at the same day, they were extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. After an hour of work they had the system running by replacing some small part.
