What it costs and what you can get back
It depends on the size of the house and what is in there now, which is why nobody in this market publishes one number. What we can tell you is that the estimate is free, it is a real number rather than a range we widen later, and you get it before you commit to anything.
No. Estimates and quotes are free, every time. There is no trip charge and no diagnostic fee to have us come out and price a replacement.
Yes, through Synchrony. There is a 0% option over 18 months, and a longer 60 month option if you would rather keep the monthly payment low. We will walk you through both and you apply directly with Synchrony.
There are three worth knowing about. Up to $4,000 for replacing an oil furnace, up to $4,000 for converting from gas to an electric heat pump, and a further $400 utility rebate. Eligibility is approved at the contractor level rather than yours, so ask us before you assume you do not qualify.
Yes. 3% off for military, serving or veteran, and the same 3% for seniors. Mention it when you call and it comes off the quote.
Choosing and installing a system
American Standard and Mitsubishi. We are a certified American Standard dealer and a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, and our technicians sit a manufacturer training every two weeks so the install is done the way the manufacturer says to do it.
A heat pump heats and cools from one system and is what most of the rebate money is pointed at right now. A furnace is usually the cheaper replacement if you already have gas and ductwork and do not want cooling. We will look at the house and tell you which one actually makes sense, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
It is a heat pump that does not need ductwork, with one outdoor unit feeding one or more indoor heads. It is the usual answer for a house with no ducts, a converted garage, an addition, or a room that has never been comfortable.
Most heat pump and furnace replacements are a one day job. A more complicated one, like adding ductwork or converting off oil, can run into a second day. We tell you which it is before you agree to anything, not on the morning we turn up.
On the Mitsubishi systems we install, 12 years. That is longer than the standard 10 and it is a direct result of being a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor. Warranty terms on other equipment come with the quote in writing.
Yes. Tank, tankless, gas, electric and hybrid heat pump water heaters. It is often worth doing at the same time as a heating system if yours is getting on.
Getting hold of us and getting it done
Yes. The office runs 7am to 7pm and calls are answered after hours. If your heat or your cooling has failed and it cannot wait, somebody picks up.
It depends on its age and what has failed. We will price the repair, tell you what a replacement costs, and give you both numbers so you can compare them. If the repair is the cheaper answer over the life of the system, we will say so.

Call and we will give you a straight answer. It moves with the season, and summer is the busiest stretch for air conditioning, so the earlier you ask the better the options are.
Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Kent and Federal Way, plus the cities between them, including Shoreline, Burien, Des Moines, Tukwila, Kirkland, Issaquah and Sammamish. If you are just outside that, call and ask.
Who you are dealing with
Yes. Washington contractor licence READYES773KR, active since May 2023 and registered as a general construction contractor. We are bonded and insured. You can check the licence yourself on the Washington Department of Labour and Industries site, and we would rather you did.
Our own technicians, not a subcontractor we found this morning. One of them holds a NATE certification and the whole team sits manufacturer training every two weeks.
