These terms apply to your use of readyenergyhvac.com and to text messages from Ready Energy Solutions LLC (“Ready Energy Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or sending us a form, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Ready Energy Solutions LLC is a heating and cooling contractor serving homes across Greater Seattle, Washington. Washington contractor license READYES773KR. Licensed, bonded and insured.

2. Estimates and your written agreement

• Our estimates are free.
• Everything on this website is general information. That includes service descriptions, rebate amounts, financing offers and any example prices. None of it is an offer or a quote for your home.
• Your price, the work we’ll do, the schedule, the payment terms and any warranty on our work are set out in your written estimate or agreement. If anything on this website conflicts with your written estimate or agreement, the written estimate or agreement wins.
• Estimates are based on what we can see when we quote. If we find something we couldn’t reasonably see, such as hidden damage, the price or the work may need to change. We’ll explain any change before we continue.

3. Rebates, incentives and financing

• Rebates and incentives come from utilities, manufacturers and government programs, not from us. They depend on eligibility, program rules and available funds, and they can change or end at any time. We’ll help you work out what you may qualify for, but we can’t guarantee any rebate or incentive.
• Financing is provided by Synchrony, not by Ready Energy Solutions. It is subject to credit approval, and Synchrony sets the terms. Our financing links take you to Synchrony’s website, where Synchrony’s terms and privacy policy apply.

4. Warranties

• Equipment warranties come from the manufacturer and follow the manufacturer’s terms. Some require the equipment to be registered within a set time after installation.
• Any warranty on our workmanship is written in your estimate, agreement or invoice.

5. Appointments

• Arrival times are estimates. Weather, traffic, parts availability and emergencies can cause delays.
• Please give us safe access to your equipment and the work area.

6. Text messages

Program: Ready Energy Solutions text messages.

• What you’ll get: if you check the service text box on our forms, texts about your estimate, appointments and service requests. If you check the marketing text box, texts about special offers, discounts and service updates.
• How to join: check one or both text boxes on our quote form or contact form. Both boxes are optional. Texts are not a condition of purchase.
• How often: message frequency may vary.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
• To stop: you can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text from us. We’ll send one text to confirm you’ve been unsubscribed. After that, you won’t get any more texts from us. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time.
• Help: reply HELP to any text from us for help. You can also call (206) 750-7020 or email readyenergyllc@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: if you have any questions about privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Using this website

• We work to keep this website accurate and current, but it may contain errors or be out of date, and we may change it at any time.
• Please don’t misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in, no spam sent through our forms, and no copying our content for commercial use.
• The text, photos and design of this website belong to Ready Energy Solutions or are used with permission. Equipment brand names and logos belong to their owners.
• Links to other websites, such as Synchrony, Google, Facebook and Instagram, are there for your convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

8. Limits on our liability for this website

This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Ready Energy Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website. This section covers the website only. Work we do at your home is covered by your written estimate or agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Changes don’t affect a written agreement you’ve already signed with us.
