Alex Stelmakh

Alex learned this trade working for an HVAC company in Washington. He was good at it and he was not being paid what the work was worth, so in 2023 he left and started Ready Energy Solutions.

He still goes out on jobs. He still prices the work himself. He tells customers when a repair is the cheaper answer, because a system he talks you out of replacing today is a customer who calls him again in five years.

Ready Energy Solutions is licensed, bonded and insured in Washington, certified by American Standard, and a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor.

You get the price before we start

The estimate is free and it is a real number, not a range we widen later. Nothing gets installed until you have seen it and said yes.

We tell you when a repair is the cheaper answer

If your system can be fixed, we will fix it and say so. If it is old enough that a repair is money you will lose, we give you both numbers and let you compare them.

Calls answered day and night

If you call at night or on a weekend and it is an emergency, somebody picks up.

We only install what we are trained on

American Standard and Mitsubishi. Our technicians sit a manufacturer training every two weeks, and one of them holds a NATE certification.

Our water heater was leaking and I expected that it needed to be replaced. I searched the internet for reputable water heater repair service companies. Many results came up and I started calling a couple of the big name providers for quotes. I was a bit sticker shocked as I did not expect that costs would be over $2k so I continued my search for other companies without the big advertised name. I narrowed results to companies who are out of Auburn which is closer to my area in Lakeland Hills. Came across Ready Energy Solutions since it had 5 star reviews. I read many of the reviews and decided to call. Alex politely answered and we discussed the issue and he gave me an estimated quote over the phone. To my surprise it was better than the quotes I received from the others. In agreement, Alex scheduled me for the next day. His service tech came on time and immediately started the work. Alex kept me updated by text and also showed up to work with his tech and complete the job. He provided me with information on the new water heater and answered all my questions. He even registered the new water heater for warranty with the manufacturer on my behalf. Alex and his team were very respectful, responsive, and professional. They definitely deserve 5 stars for their work and more than fair cost of services. I want to add that my furnace fan came on to include my bathtoom fan and would not shut off unless I turned off the electrical breaker that powers the bathroom fan and lights. For a couple days I tried to figure it out without success. Since it coincidentally happened during the water heater replacement, and knowing that Ready Energy Solutions was primarily advertised as a heating and cooling company, I of course, contacted Alex. He wanted to come by first thing in the morning but worked with me to schedule at my convenience. When he arrived, he not only found the issue immediately but fixed it in minutes. I am so impressed with Alex and his company and plan to only use them moving forward for all my water heater, and HVAC needs. I will be sure to recommend Ready Energy Solutions. Thank you Alex for an excellent 5 star service experience!

I would highly recommend hiring Alex and his team! Alex helped repair my AC unit. He also noticed that the filter had been installed incorrectly, so I hired him to correct that as well. As someone who doesn't know anything about HVAC systems, I had a lot of basic questions and appreciated how honest and patient Alex was in answering all my question and explaining/reexplaining things to me. Do you do maintenance plans or duct cleaning?

No. We install, repair and replace heating, cooling and water heating systems. We tried duct cleaning and stopped, and we would rather point you to someone who does it properly than sell you something we are not set up for.
